romance

so in my adventures of today I discovered that I am not anywhere close to a romantic. I wish I were, and I maybe I just haven't been given the right opportunity to be one in the tragic/comedic kind of way. I think about it and it seems logical, I am a girl I have romantic thoughts but they just never seem to get to the point where I express them or visa versa. Kay new goal for the next month... convince someone ....anyone that I am a romantic. this would be easier if I had a someone to romance but since jesus left I just have no desire to get overly close to a gent. that will just take time. so I question people.... what is romantic to you.. I think my dilemma lays in my perception. I think making the bed for me in the morning is romantic. I will work on my perception...

headline news in Canada.... 10/10 people said it was cold enough in Edmonton today

today is bitterly cold. the kind of cold that my grandparents used stories about to make us do up our coats. on this most bitterly cold day I ventured out into the world of sunshine and pure pain and I was enthralled. granted most places I went the service was terrible, the staff disgruntled and the masses writhing against the oppression of the weather. BUT even in this weather I actually say a guy riding a bike. standing outside in the cold NOT moving it feels like -42, and then jump on your bike. A crazy and beautiful day.

I ventured out to the bookstore came out victorious and have a new treasure to appal and thrill me. of all the gems that I perused in my short adventure I came away with: Lullaby, by Chuck Palahniuk. I have decided that this man decided against a pen name out of shear will that when the masses saw his name they recognized it, a sales ploy that always works well on me with unpronounceable names. I am pretty sure that is what jesus did...but that is a whole other tale of tragedy that I will get to another time. any how, I am hoping that the book will be entertaining and keep my little mind busy for longer than a few hours.
