My family is well and healthy and feisty
Janice and I have argued about potty about 6 millions times already.

the trip here was good. though Canada is the only place that it can go from being + 9 to -27 in the distance of 5 miles. that made me very sad. I was stoked about the spring weather. but alas I was denied!

So far that best part has been the introduction of MIA into the family. She has integrated herself seamlessly. She follows mom around the house being jealous of chico when he nabs the lap too fast. She shares a huge disdain with Jack, who now that there is a girl cat in the house is being extra masculine and fluffy. She even bosses dad around already, and he fondly refers to her as her royal highness and Her bitchiness. it is going very well indeed.

tomorrow is the birthday party.... this week I have not one or two but FOUR birthdays.... Becca... Lori... and the extra family add ons. Sami and Francois. but if they are going to be family well then I have to accept them as such. I stil lhave to find gifts... you think they would be happy with a box of tea?

SO the reason I had to be here for Saturday evening was a girls night out which I kid you not was the most boring night of my life. I shit you not. Now its not that I don;t love my cousin or my sister its their friends and the vacant brown cow eyed stares... makes me remember why I don't spend more time with the locals. I really love how pretty it is here and I like the farm but the locals are "special". I to date have had 37 discussions about moose and moose by product... I can't even begin to make this up......... ahhhhH! and since when is calamari considered an exotic shoice for something to eat? *sigh*

I am stoked still I don;t know when I am starting but it is mine. and they are excited to have me. that makes me feel warm and fuzzy in the good ways.
I am still a little nervous about it. the whole Dean thing really threw me off from last year. damn the Dean!
Now I know that I took the brunt of the punishment of the incident from last year, but it really pisses me off that he got off with a slap on him wee wee and a don;t do that again and I ended up with a lay off.
its all happens for a reason and at the time I just really needed to get out of that situation.
I just hope that this will be a good fit for me

Well that was my escape for the week. I'll be home thursday.
